TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Starts out below is the Terms and Conditions of the Booking Statement between NUR ALTAI TOUR and its clients. It is extremely important for our clients to understand and agree to our terms to prevent misunderstandings of itineraries, booking reservations, and payment conditions. As soon as we receive a filled-out booking form, you (and any other person on whose behalf you book) agree to accept all of these conditions.
- BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
If you have chosen NUR ALTAI TOUR, a completed booking form with a deposit of US $200 per person must be made at the time of reservation. Receive our response with confirmation of your booking along with details of the invoice in 2–3 working days. The booking will not be accepted under the contract until the deposit is received. Outstanding balances are due 30 days prior to the departure date. If you book less than 30 days prior to your departure, then full payment is required at the time of your booking. If the balance is not paid by the due date, NUR ALTAI TOUR will treat the booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation charges as detailed below. The company will not accept responsibility for any payment transferred through the post.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer, international money transfer service, or credit card.
- CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations will incur a service fee of US$100 per individual. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable unless you postpone the credit to another trip in one to two years. The following cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your reservation after making full payment:

Once we have started to provide our service from the point of your arrival in Mongolia, no refunds will be given for unused trip arrangements for any reason. There will be no refund given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing, trek days, or any other charges once the trip has commenced. The cost is quoted as a package price and credits are not given for services not used.
- PRICES
Scheduled tour prices are based on minimum of 2 person. If there are not enough participants, less than 2, we will be able to run these tours privately with an extra fee for two individuals. The hotel charges in tours are based on twin room. Single room supplement is available upon your request. All extra charges and optional activities not mentioned in the tour itinerary must be paid by you.
THE EFFECT OF PRICE INCREASES
The prices listed on our website are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any of the prices, services, or other particulars on our homepage at any time before we engage in a contract with you. If there is any change, we will notify you before we enter into such a contract, and seek your prior permission to the changes.
- PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Prior to your arrival, NUR ALTAI TOUR will provide following:

Clients must ensure that they meet all relevant international passport and visa requirements and plan well in advance of their intended arrival, such as visa requirements, length of their stay in Mongolia, travel restrictions, and so on. You can apply for visas from the Mongolian embassy or consulate in your country using our tour confirmation letter after the booking deposit is transferred. If not in your country, tourists in Ulaanbaatar can acquire a one-month visa at the airport or railway station.
Although we can provide general guidance on these matters, it is your responsibility to confirm the most recent requirements before your trip as they are open to change.
- INSURANCE
At NUR ALTAI TOUR, we prefer and accommodate our clients’ safety, convenience, and enjoyment first because this is the most important aspect of our business. Travel insurance must be reliable and comprehensive whenever you travel abroad.

- PARTICIPATION
If you have chosen NUR ALTAI TOUR, you must pay the deposit when making a reservation and the outstanding balance 30 days prior to departure.
It is necessary to agree that you need to abide by the instruction of the tour guide, who is in charge of the welfare and safety of the group, and that you need to take your own responsibility for the safety of the group aside from the order of activities specified in itineraries.
You and your fellow tourists need to be in suitable physical condition along your chosen itinerary, and identify the potential risks inherent in an adventure trip.
You are responsible for covering your own personal equipment, tips, airport taxes, the cost of visas, vaccinations, additional food and drink, personal spending money, travel insurance, and any other activities or provisions not included in the itinerary.
- OUR LIABILITIES
NUR-ALTAI-TOUR, our service quality and travel arrangements as agreed before the booking is taken, are our top priorities. Exemptions like airline accidents, delays, loss of luggage, and medical and customs regulations are not under our responsibility.
Our liability is constrained by the cost of your travel arrangements.
Adventure travel, by its very nature, may carry greater risks than other sorts. We will do what we can to warn you and your companions from such risks and take steps wherever possible to mitigate them.
- COMPLAINTS
If any problems or complaints arise from our agreeing to provide for you, please let us know immediately and in advance. While doing trip, if any issue occurs, it is important to let your tour leader know. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, you should notify us within 14 days of returning to your home country, in writing, with all other relevant information. Your letter will be given prompt attention. If you fail to follow this straightforward procedure, we cannot accept responsibility, as we would have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate the matter and hopefully rectify any problem.
- PAYMENT METHODS
- By credit card/ Online payment:
- You can pay both via credit cards such as Visa, Master, and Union Pay cards. Then email it back to us(when paying by credit card through online payment system 4.2% will be added on the amount due to bank charge).
Please include your tour code on the transfer sheet when you are making the payment.
In case you prefer other methods of payment, please contact us.
Note: We will not take any responsibility for payment difference regarding the transfer fee from the sending and receiving finance organization. The tour will be able to begin once the full payment is made. If NUR ALTAI TOUR receives incomplete payment, the customer/agent must pay the remaining amount in order to commence the tour.
- LEGAL TERM
All terms and conditions are made subject to, and enforced by, Mongolian law and must be done so in a Mongolian court. If you require further action on return, we will try and work towards an agreed settlement but you must notify us in writing within 21 days of the completion date of the tour.
